Returns Policy

We at Mom and Pop Place want you to love your products and be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If that is not the case, please let us know!  You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Exceptions to this return policy include diapers, diaper covers, certain diapering accessories, personal care products, and breastfeeding supplies in packaging where the security seal has been broken.  Other restrictions may apply.  If you have any questions regarding a return, please call us at (920) 725-0488.

Mom and Pop Place shipa via United States Postal Service Priority Mail to virtually any address in the contiguous United States.  

Shipping and Handling charges are based on your order total:

Orders up to $30 ship for $4.99.

Orders between $30 and $60 ship for $6.99.

Orders between $60 and $120 ship for $8.99.

Orders between $120 and $200 ship for $10.99.

Orders between $200 and $400 ship for $12.99.

Orders between $400 and $1,000 ship for $15.99.

(Certain heavy or large items may incur an additional handling/packaging fee)
