I have cross posted a review for Funk Rock, but in a nutshell the Rockn Green Hard Rock didn't work for us. It was all I had ever used on my brand new MF inserts and pocket diapers and after a couple months of increasingly difficult stains and smell, they got absolutely rank after just a little pee. You could smell my 4 month old son from across the room and if you held him for just a couple minutes, your hand would smell too; it was causing his clothes and the things he sits in to reek as well. Even though the formula boasts amazing results for hard water, it just didn't work for us and ended up never getting my diapers completely clean each time, resulting in eventual foul buildup of bacteria and who knows what else. After checking into it further with people who've had the same problem, I concluded it was the detergent that was the issue and was not able to successfully "defunk" my diapers with Funk Rock treatments and wasted so much water trying to get them clean, all to no avail. Bottom line is it might work for some people, but in reality using 3T of ANY detergent in hard water is NOT going to get your diapers clean...no matter what anyone says. I wanted to love it, I really did...but I've found it was the biggest waste of money for our family and I've moved on to commercial detergent.
However, I will say I like Mom & Pop Place's selection for Rockn Green products; they are always in stock each time I go.
